1 each 12″ Jalapeno Cheese Wraps
1/2 oz. Caribbean Sauce prepared
1 oz. Lettuce, shredded
1 oz. Angel Hair Slaw
1.5 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
4 oz. Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 oz. IQF Black Bean and Corn Salsa, thawed
1.5 0z. Roma Tomatoes, diced
Sour Cream, to garnish
Cilantro Sprigs, to garnish

  1. Spread chipotle cheese spread evenly over each wrap..
  2. Place 1 oz. cup shredded lettuce and 1 oz. Angel Hair Slaw in the center of each wrap.
  3. Top each with 1.5 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, 1½ cups (3 oz. wt.) rotisserie chicken, 2 oz. black bean and corn salsa and 4 sliced Roma tomatoes in the center of each wrap
  4. Bring left and right sides together and tightly roll to close.
  5. Cut on bias to serve.
  6. Garnish platter with sour cream and cilantro sprigs
