1 each 12″ Jalapeno Cheese Wraps
1/2 oz. Caribbean Sauce prepared
1 oz. Lettuce, shredded
1 oz. Angel Hair Slaw
1.5 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
4 oz. Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 oz. IQF Black Bean and Corn Salsa, thawed
1.5 0z. Roma Tomatoes, diced
Sour Cream, to garnish
Cilantro Sprigs, to garnish
- Spread chipotle cheese spread evenly over each wrap..
- Place 1 oz. cup shredded lettuce and 1 oz. Angel Hair Slaw in the center of each wrap.
- Top each with 1.5 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, 1½ cups (3 oz. wt.) rotisserie chicken, 2 oz. black bean and corn salsa and 4 sliced Roma tomatoes in the center of each wrap
- Bring left and right sides together and tightly roll to close.
- Cut on bias to serve.
- Garnish platter with sour cream and cilantro sprigs
